What Makes My Approach Different

Many patients come to me feeling overwhelmed by one-size-fits-all advice or long lists of supplements. My philosophy is simple: less is more. I focus on what truly makes a difference for you and your family, so your care plan feels realistic and sustainable.

I don’t just look at your main symptom,  I take the time to understand your whole health story: your routines, stressors, family history, and environment. From there, we create a plan that may include nutrition and lifestyle support, targeted supplements, acupuncture, or lab testing if needed. And when it’s best for your health, I collaborate with your family doctor or other practitioners to ensure you have a complete circle of care.

This approach means you leave each appointment with clarity: a step-by-step roadmap you can trust, and the confidence that you’re not managing your health alone.

My Commitment To Your Health

My dream of becoming a doctor started when I was just five years old, inspired by a family friend who was an orthopedic surgeon. That spark grew into a calling, one that carried me from my childhood in Albania to building a practice here in Kitchener. Along the way, I discovered that what truly drives me isn’t just medicine itself, but the people I get to serve.

I love working with families because health rarely affects just one person. When a parent is exhausted, the whole household feels it. When a child struggles with digestion or sleep, everyone worries. And when a loved one is managing a chronic condition, it impacts daily routines and relationships. For me, supporting one individual means helping an entire family thrive.

At the heart of my work is faith, compassion, and a belief that patients deserve to feel heard and empowered. I’m here to offer hope, clarity, and practical next steps.  So you leave not only with a treatment plan, but also with the confidence that better health is possible.
